Regarding returns and refunds
Please note that due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept exchanges for reasons such as "the product is different from what you expected" after your order has been placed.

All MIORI products are made using natural stones, so natural features such as ice cracks and cloud-like inclusions may appear. Also, due to the characteristics of natural stones, please note that the color may differ from the photo. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will accept an exchange (shipping costs are borne by the customer).

About defective products
Please note that chips, scratches, and cracks are not considered defects due to the characteristics of natural stone. With this in mind, we will handle defective products as follows.
(A) If the product is soiled or damaged, or if the product is incorrect, we will exchange it at our expense. Please contact us.
(B) If you wish to exchange the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product (including packing fees, etc.) and the cost of shipping the replacement product from our company. We will contact you regarding the return shipping cost when you request an exchange.

[Return Procedure]
(1) Please send your request by email. We will contact you after confirming the details.
(2) Please return the item based on the information provided in the email. Please be sure to include the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number and product name
- Quantity
- Reason for the exchange
*For products sold as a set, please return the entire set.
*Please return labels, boxes, bags, etc. in the same condition as when they were delivered, if possible.
*If you wish to exchange a product, please use Yamato Transport. In that case, please be sure to keep the shipping label provided by the shipping company for 3 months.
*If you do not contact us by email before returning the product, we may not be able to accept your exchange.
*We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- More than 8 days have passed since delivery.
- The product has been used even once.
- The product has become scratched or soiled during its lifetime.
Please Note
Unless the product you receive is defective or different from what you ordered, you are responsible for return shipping and customs clearance fees.
Please note that we are not responsible for products that are not delivered, damaged, or lost during return shipping. Items returned without notification may be canceled at our discretion.
Any costs incurred as a result will be the customer's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.
[Handling Precautions] - Natural stones may crack or fall off if subjected to strong impact or pressure. Please be especially careful not to hit or drop them.
